Nigeria LNG Limited (NLNG) has reiterated readiness to work side by side with its stakeholders to improve operational efficiency in its domestic Liquefied Petroleum Gas (DLPG) supply in the country.

The assurance, Energy Window International has gathered, was made during an engagement session with stakeholders in Lagos where it underlined digitization of its processes as imperative to achieving its desired goals. It has defined this process to include, a new platform purposely designed to streamlining regulatory processes, optimizing risk management while enhancing the buyer experience. Other key features of the platform include, an IT-supported relationship management, automated issue resolution, centralized real-time payments, as well as improved case management systems, to ensure a seamless supply process, market shifts and external pressures notwithstanding.

Speaking at the session, Tolulope Longe, Manager, Commercial Contract Management, reiterated that the planned improvements would enable as well as help consolidate NLNG’s resolve to delivering 100% of its LPG supply to the Nigerian market.

She said a strategic roadmap was in place to ensure the achievement of NLNG’s longstanding goals of making LPG available and easily accessible across the length and breadth of Nigeria, in line with its vision of becoming an all-round global energy competitor. She was also reported to have dwelt heavily on the significance of these initiatives as catalysts necessary to achieving the company’s drive for LPG utilization as the best clean energy source.

Longe noted that the Company remained focused on growth and sustainability of the LPG market through collaboration and steady supply. Stressing that NLNG is already committed to working with stakeholders to ensure pricing stability and long-term market viability.

Enhanced customer interactions, minimized schedule disruptions, timely confirmations and deliveries, and prioritization of customers with demonstrable capacity are equally indispensable keys to our drive for efficiency and prompt delivery, says NLNG.

“As it adapts to market realities, NLNG remains committed to driving sustainability and delivering lasting value to Nigerians”.
